How We Compare Software | ComparePilot
Our approach to software comparisons, starter scores, sourcing, affiliate links and corrections.

Purpose and scope
Our goal is to help a reader create a shortlist that fits a specific job, budget and level of experience. A tool that suits a large agency may be an unnecessary expense for someone launching a first website. We explain that context rather than declaring one product best for everyone.
What the scores mean
The current directory uses introductory editorial estimates across value, ease, scale, automation, support and integrations. These scores are not results of a standardized hands-on benchmark. They should be treated as an initial navigation aid and verified against current product information before purchase. They are not customer ratings or a guarantee of performance.
Evidence and limitations
We distinguish provider claims, documented features and our own analysis. Prices and capabilities can vary by country, plan and billing period. We avoid presenting unverified use or sales results as personal experience. Where we have not tested a product, we do not describe the page as a hands-on review.
Affiliate relationships
We may receive a commission when a reader uses an affiliate link and makes a qualifying purchase. Links are marked near the relevant recommendation. These relationships do not determine directory scores. We do not guarantee acceptance into a provider’s program, commission payment or a buyer’s business results.
Updates and corrections
We update pages when we review their contents; a date is not proof that every product has been retested. Send corrections with a source and page URL to theiraqiguide@gmail.com. Readers should check the provider’s current terms before subscribing.
